Kemper Construction Inc. was founded in 1994 by Bill Kemper. As a recently laid off Union Carpenter, Bill decided to start his own business as a General Contractor.  Bill built the foundation that Kemper Construction continues to grow on today. At it’s start, Kemper Construction Inc. was primarily in the private industrial construction sector. Bill grew Kemper Construction through honesty, integrity, and, of course, hard work.  Throughout his time in ownership, Bill continued to grow the company by expanding into other sectors including health care and education, and by traveling throughout the United States. In 2007, his children and son-in-law joined the business upon their own college graduation. In 2015, Bill’s daughter, Kara, purchased Kemper Construction. Today, Kemper Construction continues to thrive in both the public and private sector. Our current work includes industrial, institutional, and health care facilities throughout Central Illinois.
