Project Description:
This project involves the full resurfacing and modernization of an existing parking lot, including the installation of automated parking controls, a prefabricated entrance canopy, and an attendant booth. Work includes removal and replacement of asphalt and concrete, updated entrances and drop-off areas, new landscaping and pedestrian paving, lighting upgrades, restriping, and all associated electrical and data systems.
